Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, but please remember our goal is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Customers have 12 hours after placing the order to cancel and change the order information related to the product’s details or the shipping address. Over this time, please contact our customer service email: firstname.lastname@example.org quickly as possible to modify or cancel an order.
Please note: We are not able to cancel or make changes to orders once they have been shipped.
May my order be refused?
Yes, if the items are not available or we cannot obtain authorization for your payment, pricing or product description error and even if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
How long will delivery take?
Please allow between 5-10 days for your order to arrive *( not including 1 – 3 day processing time). If more than 15 days have passed please email us at email@example.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
